Our Prayer Beads Necklace Collection incorporates the essence of a mala with the intention of adornment.

Our Pink Lotus Prayer Beads necklace features a lovely open-frame lotus pendant with rhodonite, rose quartz & sandalwood. The beads vary in color from dark to light, from a dark rhodonite bead to a lighter variety, then the darker Madagascar rose quartz and finally a light Brazilian rose quartz.

The Lotus Flower is known to symbolize purity of speech, of the body, and of the mind.

Rose Quartz is known as the love stone and opens the heart to love of self and of others.

Rhodonite is named from the Greek word for rose, rodos, referring to the stone’s distinct pink color. Very high gem quality form called cherry red rhodonite is extremely rare but looks just like a red ruby. The rhodonite we use in this mala is all in shades of light pink, but rhodonite is also found with matrix of black manganese oxide. It is associated with the sign Taurus and the planet Venus.

Sandalwood has a deep, woody scent and often smells like a mix of floral, rich, balsamic, soft, and sweet accents. It is found to be relaxing and calming, helping making one feel at peace without the feelings of drowsiness. Research has that sandalwood brings about a feeling of harmony along with present, clear and calm awareness. All of these factors make it a very popular choice in malas for meditation and daily wear.
